BHSM LLP advises Tigers Childcare on recent expansion

BHSM LLP were delighted to act on behalf of Tigers Childcare on their recent expansion deals to acquire Doodlebugs Creche & Montessori in Passage West, Cork, and ABC Childcare in Douglas, Co. Cork.

BHSM also previously acted on the acquisition of Happy Steps, Kilcock, Kildare in 2022.

The BHSM team was comprised of Joe McVeigh and Sinéad Mannion, Corporate; James Lawless, Commercial Real Estate; and Conor Mac Nally and Greg Gannon, Banking & Finance.
