About Gregory
Greg is a Senior Associate working in our Banking & Finance Department.
Greg has experience in advising domestic and international financial institutions doing business in and from Ireland. He has advised on the lender and borrower side of various financing transactions (both secured and unsecured) and has particular experience in bilateral and syndicated lending, development financing, intercompany lending, re-financing, and debt restructurings.
Greg also has experience from a regulatory perspective having worked for the Central Bank of Ireland.
Prior to joining BHSM, Greg completed his training and worked within the Finance and Capital Markets Department of a Big 5 law firm in Dublin.

- Acting for an Irish pillar bank in connection with the SME financing of companies across the island of Ireland
- Acting for a Northern Irish-based alternative lender with respect to bridging finance, working capital finance and real-estate finance to Irish private companies limited by shares
- Acting for an Irish and Isle of Man registered property group in relation to the refinancing of multiple facilities concerning certain high-value real estate assets located in Dublin
- Acting for a leading UK specialist real-estate lender and investor in terms of refinancing existing debt of Irish corporate borrowers
- Acting in the restructuring and refinancing of an Irish registered group of companies and chain of hotels situated in Ireland
- Acting for a dynamic Dublin-based property developer and related investors in connection with funding the acquisition and development of office, hotel, and multi-use developments across Ireland
- Acting for an Irish-based alternative lender in relation to real-estate finance made available to non-consumer borrowers with first-ranking security taken over various properties located in Ireland
- Acting for a multi-jurisdictional property group in respect of the refinancing and restructuring of existing indebtedness, secured on a major industrial park in West Dublin
- Acting for an alternative lender in connection with bridging finance made available to a number of Irish corporates
