BHSM LLP advise NPP Packaging Systems Holdings Limited on acquisition of Active Packaging Holdings NI Limited

The BHSM LLP team led by Joe McVeigh and assisted by Conor Mac Nally, Sinead Mannion, Eoghan Murphy and Stephen McVeigh advised NPP Packaging on their acquisition of Active Packaging Holdings NI Limited, completing on 31 January 2024.

Given the cross-border aspects to the transaction, BHSM were assisted by Donald Thompson and Jenna Doherty of McKees Law, Belfast.
