About Stephen
Stephen McVeigh is a Solicitor in the Corporate Department at BHSM. His areas of expertise include investments, restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
Stephen has advised both national and international companies across a wide range of industries with an emphasis on finance, pharmaceutical, healthcare, information and technology sectors.
While commencing his undergraduate studies in NUI Galway, Stephen played rugby full time professionally with Connacht. On completion of his masters in UCD, Stephen began his training contract with BHSM in 2020. Stephen was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in December 2023.

- Advising clients on various corporate re-organisations of their businesses and group structures
- Advised multiple GPs in relation to the entry into Partnership Agreements
- Advised multiple corporate entities in relation to the entry into Shareholder Agreements
- Advised a corporate entity on the acquisition of several GP Practices in Ireland
- Advised a corporate entity on the acquisition of a food and drink wholesaler
- Advised a corporate entity on the disposal of a manufacturing company
- Advised a significant number of early stage and high-growth companies in fundraising equity investments
