BHSM LLP advise NIRAS on acquisition of FDT Consulting Engineers and Project Managers Limited

BHSM LLP were delighted to advise NIRAS on their acquisition of FDT Consulting Engineers and Project Managers Limited. This is a strategic acquisition for NIRAS, which will enhance a growing global engineering consultancy that operates within various industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, as well as green fuels and biosolutions.

The BHSM Team consisted of Joe McVeigh, Brenda Ntambirweki, Stephen McVeigh and Cian Smith in Corporate, Richard Lee and Conor O’Farrell in Employment and Siobhán Whelan in Real Estate.
