Our aviation practice works closely with our Corporate, Banking & Finance, Regulation, Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring and Litigation & Dispute Resolution teams to provide a seamless service to our clients.
We provide advice to aircraft owners, arrangers, airlines, asset financiers, lessors and lessees on local and cross border aviation finance and lease transactions, including secured lending, pre-delivery financing, operating leases, fleet procurement including purchase of aircraft, purchase and sale of multi-aircraft portfolios and sale and leaseback transactions.
We also advise on all regulatory aspects of the sector, including licensing and registration requirements of the Irish Aviation Authority and Commission for Aviation Regulation and the Cape Town Convention and Protocol.
