Theriz Von Mag-aso is a Solicitor in the Corporate Department at BHSM LLP. Theriz qualified as a solicitor in January 2026 having commenced her training contract with OBH Partners in 2023.
Theriz has experience across a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, including corporate and commercial transactions, equity capital markets work, banking and finance support, due diligence, and corporate governance.
She has assisted exploration and listed companies with acquisitions and fundraising transactions.

- Acted in the acquisition, disposal and reverse takeover of an international exploration company, including work on its re-admission to trading on AIM
- Acted for an Irish corporate entity on a group restructuring at a national and international level
- Acted for an Irish corporate entity operating in the pharmaceutical / API sector in an investors subscription with a multi-party investor group
- Assisted with the issuance of a corporate bond by an Irish investment entity, including its listing and admission to trading on the Vienna MTF and the publication of a new prospectus
- Assisted with the delivery of a loan facility from one of the Irish pillar banks to a Cork based property development company client, with respect to the financing of a strategic property acquisition
