Susan Noone is a partner in the corporate team. Her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, re-organisations, equity investment and corporate governance.
Susan represents Irish and international clients across a wide range of sectors.
Her focus is primarily on the sale and acquisition of private companies, asset sale transactions, equity investment transactions, restructuring projects and corporate governance.
Susan is recognised as a Notable Practitioner by the IFLR1000 in the area of Corporate Law.
Susan qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and has obtained a Diploma in Applied Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland.

- Acted for Carlow Craft Brewery Limited (O’Hara’s beer) in the acquisition of the Pierce Lyons Brewery in Dundalk
- Acted for the Sellers in relation to the sale of a market research company
- Acted for the Purchaser in the acquisition of a property management company
- Advised the Porterhouse Group in relation to the sale of the Porterhouse Brewery
- Acted for the Sellers in relation to the sale of a medical device distribution company
- Advised numerous clients in relation to EIIS (employment and investment incentive scheme) investment
- Advised numerous start-up client’s cross various stages of investment, including seed, early-stage, and growth rounds
- Acted for Carlow Craft Brewery Limited (O’Hara’s beer) in relation to the investment by Hijos de Riveria (Estrella Galicia) in Carlow Craft Brewery Limited
- Advised numerous clients in relation to shareholder arrangements and corporate governance matters
