Sean is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department at BHSM.
He advises both domestic and international clients across the full spectrum of corporate transactional work (including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, fundraises and corporate reorganisations).
Sean was promoted to Senior Associate in June 2026.

- Advising the shareholders of an Irish headquartered distributor of manufacturing equipment serving the electronics, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors on the sale of their company and its UK based subsidiary
- Advised the shareholders of an Irish whiskey distillery on the sale of their company to one of the world’s largest spirits companies
- Advised the Porterhouse Group in relation to the sale of Porterhouse Brewery
- Acted for the Purchaser in the acquisition of a property management company
- Acted for the Sellers in relation to the sale of a market research company
- Advising numerous clients in relation to property development focused joint ventures
- Advised numerous clients in relation to shareholder arrangements and corporate governance matters
