About Mayara
Mayara is a Solicitor in the Corporate Department at BHSM. Her areas of expertise include corporate governance and compliance, restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
Mayara has advised national and international companies, as well as international government agencies, across a wide range of industries, with particular emphasis on the education, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and information technology sectors.
Mayara was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in November 2025. She has also been a qualified lawyer in Brazil since 2020 and in Portugal since 2021. She holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (2020), a Diploma in Legal Studies and Practice from Griffith College (2022), and a Credential Certification in Corporate Transactions from the Law Society of Ireland (2025).
