About June
June Hynes is a Partner in our Commercial Real Estate department at BHSM.
She advises clients on property sales and acquisitions in the retail, office, and hotel sectors. Her experience includes providing advice to domestic and international investors and developers regarding all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. She also advises on drafting and negotiating commercial lease arrangements and Landlord and Tenant matters.
June advises notable clients generally regarding the management of substantial property portfolios and in the acquisition, structuring and disposal of mixed use and large scale residential developments.
Recognized by Legal 500 as “excellent and practical in dealing with problems,” and “always available and responsive” June is known for her responsive, solution-oriented approach.
June was previously for over twenty years a Joint Managing (and Founding) Partner of OBH Partners.

- Acted in the acquisition of the Ruby Molly Hotel, Dublin 7, reported at €86 million
- Advised in the acquisition of office and retail premises 40 Molesworth Street, Dublin 2,mixed retail and office, reported at €37 million
- Acted in the acquisition of Hotel Premises Premier Inn, Newmarket Yards, reported at €36 million
- Acted in the acquisition of Riverside IV, reported at €164 million
