About Grainne

Grainne is a Senior Associate in our Private Client Department. She specialises in all probate matters including drafting wills and advising clients on estate planning and administration of estates.

She has experience in managing contentious issues including family disagreements and objections from beneficiaries to the progress of administrations.

She advises on the creation and implementation of Enduring Powers of Attorney.

She has worked with several charities in regard to charitable bequests and cy pres applications.

She regularly acts for both purchasers and vendors in the acquisition, sale and voluntary transfer of property.
