BHSM LLP are delighted to announce the appointment of Eoghan Murphy.

Eoghan Murphy, Solicitor, has joined BHSM’s Corporate Department.

Eoghan specialises mainly in the areas of Commercial Agreements, Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Eoghan has particular experience in private equity joint ventures in the residential development sector having acted in multiple transactions for Developers as well as Private Equity Investment Funds.
