BHSM’s Real Estate team, comprising of Rachel Nangle and Giles G. Smyth were delighted to have assisted our client on the acquisition of 53 apartments at Drogheda’s Southgate Shopping Centre, adding to their nationwide portfolio of assets.
With further congratulations to StarStone on the acquisition of the shopping / commercial aspects with the BHSM team having previously acted on the sale side of the Ashbourne Town Centre to StarStone in 2023.
