BHSM LLP Announce Appointment of David Sheehan to Construction Team

BHSM LLP are delighted to announce the appointment of David Sheehan (pictured below left) as a Solicitor in our Construction & Engineering Team.

He has experience advising on a myriad of construction matters, including public and private partnership, with a particular focus on development finance transactions for the construction of residential and commercial works and the acquisition and development of social housing.

David has advised a range of client entities at different tiers within the construction industry from private developers, investment funds, contractors and professional consultants to international and domestic lenders. In 2021, he completed a secondment in the legal department of one of the largest residential mixed-use developers in Ireland.

David obtained a Bachelor of Law and Accounting and LLM (Master of Laws) from the University of Limerick. Prior to joining BHSM LLP, he completed his training and worked within the Construction Department of a leading construction group in a Big 5 law firm in Dublin.
