It was a pleasure to work with Declan and his team, together with Peter Love in Cushman & Wakefield, Ciara Geraghty in CBRE and Michael Queally and Jenny O’Driscoll in Pepper Finance Corporation (Ireland) DAC, in the sale of this retail scheme, which was acquired by Star Stone Property Group, a Meath-based investor, for a sale price in excess of €12.5 million.
