BHSM LLP advise on sale of Avondale Veterinary Hospital to VetPartners Practices Ireland Limited

Last month, BHSM LLP was delighted to act for the shareholders of Droberry Limited (trading as Avondale Veterinary) on the sale of the Company to VetPartners Practices Ireland Limited.

Avondale Veterinary Hospital is based in three locations in Co Wicklow, including Arklow, Rathdrum and Tinahely.

The BHSM team was made up of Joe McVeigh and Sinéad Mannion in Corporate and Keith Doyle in Commercial Real Estate, who provided advice on property matters.
