BHSM LLP advise Octopus Energy Generation on majority stake in Verde Energy Group
BHSM LLP were delighted to advise the Octopus Energy Generation Group and it’s Luxembourg SARL on the acquisition of a majority stake in Ireland’s Verde Energy Group.
The Verde Energy Group is a leading Irish energy services company delivering solutions in solar PV, battery storage & lighting to the Commercial & Industrial markets.
The BHSM team was led by Corporate Partner Joe McVeigh and included Sinéad Mannion and Anne Marie Jennings.
