BHSM LLP Advise NIRAS on Acquisition of Dolmen Engineering

BHSM LLP advised the Danish based NIRAS International Development Consulting on the acquisition of Irish based Dolmen Engineering.

NIRAS International Development Consulting is one of Europe’s largest development consulting firms and has acquired the Irish based Dolmen Engineering, an engineering consultancy business specialising in the execution of projects in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

The integration will enable the two companies to strengthen their positions within the European Life Sciences and Food & Beverage sectors and offer a fully integrated suite of services.
