BHSM LLP advised LBCO Holdings Limited on its acquisition of Ledburn Cables.

We advised on all aspects of the transaction including the share acquisition as well as the financing aspects of the transaction.

Founded in 2005 by David Blagburn and Jack Ledwidge, Ledburn Cables has over the last 20 years gained the reputation of a reliable service provider its core industry. This acquisition was a leveraged management buyout and is a result of a sound succession planning strategy by Ledburn Cables’ founders and a strategic acquisition by Keith Hendrick, who was appointed General Manager of Ledburn in 2022 and who will continue to oversee management of the company.
