BHSM advises Canal Basin Holding Limited in the sale of the Lennox Building to Swiss Life

Giles Smyth, Michelle McArdle, Conor McNally and Eimear Grealy and the Property, Banking and Corporate Teams in BHSM were delighted to advise Canal Basin Holding Limited (a joint venture between developer Paddy McKillen Juniors Oakmount and Derek McGrath’s Core Capital) on the recent sale of the Lennox Building to Swiss Life for €27m.

BHSM also advised on the acquisition of the site, the subsequent financing, development and leasing of the office element to Iconic Offices and the restaurant element to Press Up Entertainment Group before it was sold.
