BHSM LLP were delighted to act for the shareholders of Sparks Lab Supplies Limited on the sale of the company to Scientific Laboratory Supplies Limited.

Sparks Lab Supplies Limited is a laboratory consumables, reagents, and equipment supplier based in Dublin and it was acquired by Scientific Laboratory Supplies Limited, a UK independent supplier of laboratory equipment, chemicals and consumables.

The BHSM team was made up of Joe McVeigh and Sinéad Mannion in Corporate and Rachel Nangle in Commercial Real Estate, who provided advice on property matters.
