Sarah O’Toole, Senior Associate
Sarah is a Senior Associate in our Litigation Department and in our Insolvency and Restructuring Department. She specialises in advising insolvency practitioners in liquidations, receiverships and examinerships. She also advises in relation to a range of commercial matters and restructuring.
Sarah also regularly advises lending institutions in the enforcement of security and mortgage litigation.
Sarah has considerable experience in commercial litigation, advising both financial institutions and commercial clients in matters in the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court with emphasis on landlord and tenant disputes, breach of contract pursuant to the Consumer Credit Act 1995 and all aspects of debt recovery.
Sarah obtained an LLB degree from the University of Limerick and also has a Diploma in Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring from the Law Society of Ireland. Sarah previously worked with the Law Reform Commission in Dublin and the Director of Public Prosecutions in Perth, Western Australia. She has successfully completed the necessary exams to be dual-qualified in England & Wales.
